Payments for completed lessons are non-refundable.

2. What should I do if I need to change my schedule?

If you need to cancel or reschedule a lesson, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to ensure we can accommodate the change.

3. What happens if I cancel my session more than 24 hours in advance?

Lessons cancelled with at least 24 hours’ notice can be rescheduled at no extra cost. Alternatively, you may request a full refund for that specific session.

4. Will I be charged if I cancel at the last minute?

Lessons cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged in full to respect the mentor's time and preparation.

5. What happens if Asleen Education has to cancel a session?

If a lesson cannot be delivered due to an issue on our end, we will offer a replacement session or a full refund for that specific encounter.
