All payments made for sessions that have been successfully delivered are non-refundable.

If a session is cancelled with at least 24 hours’ notice, you may choose between a full refund or rescheduling the session at no additional cost.

We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any scheduling changes. This allows us to manage our mentors' schedules effectively.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice are subject to the full session fee to compensate for the mentor's time and preparation.

In the rare event that we cannot deliver a session due to an internal issue, we will provide you with the choice of a replacement session or a full refund for that specific date.

Simply contact our support team with your session details, and we will process your request promptly according to our 24-hour notice policy.
